Our experience spans major energy infrastructure schemes, complex civils packages, project recovery assignments and construction delivery. The focus has consistently been on bringing structure, control and progress to demanding projects.

Industrial energy infrastructure with process plant, concrete works and site access

Energy & Infrastructure

Selected schemes:

  • Energy from Waste / CHP Projects

    Senior leadership roles on multimillion-pound Energy from Waste schemes, including civils and process interfaces, programme control, quality management and stakeholder liaison.

  • Anaerobic Digestion

    Site management of civils packages on a major AD / waste-to-energy projects, with responsibility for subcontractor delivery, quality systems and programme performance.

  • Civils Enabling Works

    Leadership and delivery of enabling works packages on large-scale energy projects, including earthworks, deep drainage, pile mat installations, site establishment and temporary works coordination under EPC(M) delivery models.

Project Recovery & Client-Side Support

Selected assignments:

  • Project Recovery

    Client-side technical advisory support on a major energy project following the collapse of the EPC contractor. Work included supply chain re-engagement, package redefinition, programme restructuring and support to the appointment of a new delivery partner.

  • Governance & Systems

    Development of site operational procedures, reporting frameworks, Project Execution Plan, QA/QC systems and Safe Systems of Work in preparation for principal contractor mobilisation on a significant Energy from Waste scheme.

Construction Delivery

Construction delivery experience across residential, commercial and enabling works — relevant to site-based project management and package & fit-out delivery.

Selected experience:

  • Residential & Commercial

    Construction management and defined package delivery on residential developments and commercial projects, including coordination of trades, programme control and quality on live sites. This underpins both embedded site leadership and contractual package accountability where scope is clearly defined.

  • Civils & Enabling Packages

    Delivery leadership on civils and enabling packages within larger construction and infrastructure programmes — earthworks, drainage, pile mat installation, temporary works and site establishment — with practical control of subcontractors, interfaces and progress against programme.

This experience underpins our ability to operate effectively both as embedded site leaders and as independent Project Management consultants — with particular strength in complex civils and energy environments.
