Our approach is rooted in practical experience. Starting from a trade background in site carpentry and supervision, we progressed through construction management into senior site and process leadership roles on multimillion-pound energy and infrastructure projects.

This pathway has included:

  • Client-side advisory and project recovery support
  • Civils leadership on major energy projects
  • Package delivery and construction management across residential, commercial and industrial work

We operate in two complementary ways:

  • Site-based Project Management — embedded leadership with direct responsibility for programme, coordination, quality and safety.
  • Consultancy Project Management — independent support focused on control, recovery, governance and strategic oversight.

In both cases The emphasis remains the same: clear accountability, practical decision-making, and measurable progress against the key project parameters of time, cost, quality and safety.
